"Barney" Greenway of Napalm Death @ Gramercy Theatre, 10/27/2012

Grindcore pioneers Napalm Death played Gramercy Theatre on 10/27 with party-hearty thrashers Municipal Waste, death metal gore freaks Exhumed, and technical-metal favorites Vektor. Though Napalm's set was plagued with technical difficulties, the remainder of the bill delivered solid sets that got the crowd moving at the sold-out show. Pictures from the mosh/stage-dive-tastic event on Saturday adorn this post.
The show was one of three excellent heavy shows that Saturday before the storm, with the other two being Tombs/-16-/Serpentine Path/Pyrrhon at Saint Vitus and Boston Strangler/Perdition/Crazy Spirit/Waste Management/Prisoner Abuse at Acheron.
The tour soldiers on, with Napalm Death and Municipal Waste also scheduled for a date with Fun Fun Fun Fest. More pic from Gramercy are below.

Great show. Municipal Waste are horrible, though.
