UPDATE: The Village Halloween Parade is now cancelled too.

2011 Halloween Parade (more by Chris La Putt)

It will definitely not be the happiest Halloween New York has ever seen, thanks to Hurricane Sandy, and it's still unclear what Halloween shows are still happening, but we were also wondering about this year's NYC Halloween Parade. Official word seems like it's still on for now. From the @NYCHalloween twitter:

Look for more Halloween updates soon. Check out pictures from last year's NYC Halloween Parade here. If the guy above used his same costume this year, he might be the only working subway in NYC.
