The third night of the Revelation Records 25th anniversary celebration (10/13) featured the reunited Chain of Strength (who played Acheron and the night before), NYHC favorites Bold, DC's Battery, Shai Hulud (with their original vocalist) and upstarts Shook Ones. The show marked the halfway point of a four night stay at Irving Plaza.

Meanwhile, across town the same night, Saint Vitus was hosting a sold out appearance from Sunday's headliner Into Another who would go on to headline the final night at Rev25 and just announced more dates.

More pictures from Rev25 night three are below, if you missed it, check out pictures from night one HERE and night two HERE.

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 12:50 PM

$50 lulz, people pay $50 for taint?

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 1:30 PM

Isn't it a choad for guys?

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 1:46 PM

All these retarded comments are coming from people with Alkaline Trio tattoos and are HUGE fans of Shook Ones and Shai Hulud.

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 1:47 PM

^ what? that's ridiculous. Go back to the other thread and get some history. This is all about the hilarity of people going to a show for the specific purpose of getting random guys' taint in their faces.

Posted by Inventor of "Taint-rock"(tm) | October 16, 2012 1:50 PM

All of this taint talk is fucking hilarious. The straight edge sound from the '88 youth crew has finally made me laugh more than once.

This was the other time:

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 3:03 PM

That's pretty freakin nasty getting some other guy's sweaty taint in your face. You guys are nasty, you know that? So glad I found girls in, what, 6th grade and avoided all this homoerotic hot mess. I am embarrassed for you all. SMH.

"The National Science Foundation spent $30,000 to fund a study done by the University of Washington and Cornell University's to measure "gaydar" - the ability of people to identify sexual orientation merely by appearance. The researchers confirmed that "gaydar" exists, writing that participants were about 60% accurate when attempting to identify sexual orientation by appearance."

Well, there you have it you silly confused boys. You've been found out, even if you can't admit it to yourselves.

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 3:10 PM

Didn't we all "out" ourselves by attending Rev25 in the first place? That shit was gayer than the Eagle on a Saturday night.

what's so wrong with being gay anyways?? nothing wrong with a little sausage you homophobes!!

Posted by Anonymous | October 16, 2012 3:45 PM

I will point out again, as semen ingestion has apparently addled the brains of the scarves on the board here, you are a fool if you think that only dudes were stage diving. That and I, as well as many others I suppose, take it as a badge of honor that you don't approve of the music and fans at these shows.

Wow. 'Taint-Rock' is even being picked up by spammers writing in Cyrillic? I've never been so proud.

Posted by Anonymous | October 17, 2012 9:55 AM

Wow, 4:13. Usually I write those kinda comments, but I guess you beat me to the punch. It appears that this thread alone is solely responsible for the urgent need of the AZT comeback boom.

In the meantime, you twerps can all go write another lousy fan letter to Morrissey (that he won't even look at and just throw away), professing your undying love for him and that he "touched" you (be sure to be real vague about the "touched" part too! ;) ).

Game, set, and match.
