Let's hope their next NYC show will be either at St. Paul the Apostle or Masonic Temple...

Does anyone know if any place is streaming the new Cheddar Cheese and the Hot Dogs album? That band has real "taste." ; )

This is Brooklyn Vegan. We listen to Soy Cheese and the Not Dogs.

4 songs is not an album it's an EP. I presume this will be priced accordingly.

Would love to see these guys at T5. New stuff sounds good and would fill the room nicely

12:55 thinks Lift Yr Skinny Fists is an EP too since it only has 4 songs. Come to think of it, Yanqui UXO only has 3 songs, so does that make it a 7"?

This is so awesome!

This is 12:55 and I do NOT think Skinny Fist is an EP. Also that other thing you mentioned is a 7" if it is on a seven-inch record -- not based on length idiot.

I am a partner-track copyright lawyer and the technical definition of an EP from the RIAA is any recording with 4 or less songs.

Lame

Interesting thread! Reading it while listening to the album . . .

Credit 1:17 to be the first person ever to hope that a show is scheduled at the dreaded T5.

Personally, I don't hate T5, but I've never seen anyone prefer it.

Boring

Posted by Anonymous | October 8, 2012 2:17 PM

T5 a crap venue for most bands but would be good for GSYBE. Would rather see them at Angel Orenzatz but after that T5 probably best suits them if they play NYC

Posted by Anonymous | October 8, 2012 2:17 PM

12:55 - you mad, bro?

Posted by Anonymous | October 8, 2012 2:27 PM

Yeah, GYBE better price 54 minutes of music accordingly, because I felt gypped when I paid $5 for RH's In Rainbows and it was only 42 minutes long.

Posted by Anonymous | October 8, 2012 2:39 PM

Glad people on here are finally realizing that T5 is one of the city's better venues . . . go to a show there and you'll see.

You realize Angel Orensanz holds only 500 people while T5 holds 2800.... big difference.. A big seated place could work
