The Amazing
The Amazing

As you may know, Sweden's The Amazing will be on the road with Tame Impala for their upcoming tour which hits NYC on November 7 at Music Hall of Williamsburg and November 10 at Webster Hall, both of which are sold out. New York will have another chance to see The Amazing at a much smaller venue, as the band will play Mercury Lounge on November 5 right before their tour starts. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (10/5) at noon with an AmEx presale on Wednesday (10/3). All dates are listed below.

The Amazing's new album, Gentle Stream, is out October 23 on Partisan Records and you can stream a track from it below.

In related news, Melody's Echo Chamber (whose album was produced by Tame Impala's Kevin Parker) are currently on the road with The Raveonettes and will play Webster Hall this Friday (10/5). Tickets are still available and we're giving a pair away via Facebook. Both Melody's Echo Chamber and The Raveonettes' new LPs are streaming below.

I'm laughing at the frowny baby in the picture and all of the people who take him and his band seriously.
