It's CMJ week in NYC and, in addition to all of the showcases at night, that means venues will be hosting day parties, almost of all of which are totally free to the public, with or without a CMJ badge. Those parties are listed above, and we've pointed out which are free and when RSVP is required. Most start at or around noon, some a bit later. the festival loses tons of appeal if they leave the polo grounds. the venue is why most people go!
