Camp Lo

Camp Lo's Uptown Saturday Night, the 1997 LP which spawned the hit singles "Black Nostaljack" and the bonafide classic "Luchini," is is 15 years old year and will be celebrated by the group performing it in full at dates around the country. Those include  Knitting Factory on November 28. Tickets are on sale.

Camp Lo is working on a new LP, but Geechi Suede is also preparing to release a solo LP of his own, Fishnet Skyscrapers. Check out the trailer for the new LP, as well as a video for "Ask About Me" below. No current release date is set for the LP.

Head below for a trip down memory lane with videos for "Luchini/Swing" (with Butterfly of Digable Planets/Shabazz Palaces), "Cooley High" and "Black Nostaljack," along with that new Geechi Suede material.
