Lady Lamb

Lady Lamb the Beekeeper (aka Aly Spaltro), who we recently caught in a loft, has been (somewhat) quietly making lovely albums since the mid-'00s and has signed with Ba Da Bing Records who will release her new album, Ripely Pine, on February 19, 2013. We've got the premiere of "Rooftop," the first track to be released off the album which you can stream below, where you can also check out the LP artwork and tracklist. Ba Da Bing used to be home to Beirut who Lady Lamb has opened for.

Meanwhile, Aly's on tour with Kaki King which stopped at Glasslands this past Sunday (11/11) and the two play Le Poisson Rouge tonight (11/13). Tickets are still available. All tour dates are listed below.

since when is it large? i think of glasslands as definitely one of the smaller venues. also very known, they sell advance tickets, have a website,etc.
