El Perro Del Mar's new album Pale Fire is out next week (11/13) via The Control Group. Once again working with Studio's Rasmus Hägg, Sarah Assbring moves even further away from her folky beginning into full on dancepop, albiet still with sad, doe-eyed halo around it. Terrific first single "Walk on By" borders on Sade territory and the whole record is a pretty great listen. You can stream the whole thing ahead of its release below via The Hype Machine. Also below is the "Walk on By" video plus a couple remixes of the song, one by Saint Etienne and another by W. Pontonen that takes it into Portishead-land.
No specific North American tour dates yet for El Perro Del Mar but word is Winter 2013 she'll be making a visit. Until then, streams and video are below .
