Bjork sounds nothing like Gaga, and this video is unlike any Gaga video out there. Honestly, you ask for originality, but anyone who is original and unique and quirky and happens to use electronic beats is automatically a Lady Gaga clone. Her voice, music, and lyrics are totally different to Lady? Gaga. You should probably just go back to watching Lady Gaga and Muse videos as you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
