Battles have been around for 10 years, believe it or not, and will be celebrating by spinning records tonight in NYC’s East Village. Via their Facebook:
Tonight, Tuesday the 18th, from 9pm ’til late. Battles and friends will be at the Gin Palace on Ave A & 6th in NYC, playing records, for the unofficial, but honestly true, 10-year-anniversary of our first show. Come by! It’s free to get in.
Happy 10th Anniversary, guys. Go out and celebrate with them tonight — again, they’re just spinning records, it’s not a show. But there will be drink specials from 9 – 10 PM.
