There have been rumors flying that Daft Punk would release a new album in 2013 and it’s looking that that’s going to happen. Both Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter are confirming the the French electro duo have signed with Columbia Records. The Guardian, meanwhile, reports that the new album will be out in May. The album reportedly features guest appearances from Nile Rodgers, Paul Williams (!), Animal Collective’s Panda Bear and more.

Not counting 2010’s TRON: LEGACY soundtrack, Daft Punk’s last album was 2005’s underwhelming Human After All. The band last played NYC at Coney Island in 2007 but did make an appearance at Phoenix’s Madison Square Garden show in 2010.
