Everything Everything released 'Arc' (stream), coming to America for SXSW and NYC show

by Bill Pearis

Everything Everything

Everything Everything released their second album, Arc, last week and if the kitchen sink bombast of their 2010 debut is a bit more focused this time out, it still pulls in so many disparate styles and elements one wonders how a group could ever arrive at a sound like this. There’s a bit of Foals precision, but also flashes of R&B, ’80s widescreen pop, marching band music, you name it. And they mostly make it work, at least into a sound that could only be described as “Everything Everything.” You can stream the album via Spotify and check out videos for singles “Cough Cough” and “Kemosabe” below.

The band are coming to America to play SXSW and will swing through NYC on the way back, playing Bowery Ballroom on March 25. Tickets go on AmEx presale today (1/23) at noon and the regular on-sale is Friday (1/25) at noon.
