Morrissey finished up the last of his four NYC-area shows at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre on Saturday (1/19), which was his second swing through the East Coast in less than year. Morrissey opened the show with The Smiths’ “That Joke Isn’t Funny Anymore” (from Meat is Murder) which was apparently the first time he’s ever performed the song solo. (Video of that below.) From there it was a similar setlist to what BAM audiences got a week ago and is generally a little more crowd-pleasing than his T5 and Radio City shows last year. The Cap is a pretty small room for Morrissey, with great sound and lights, and he and his band were in great form. The setlist from the show is below.
