I guess Kim didn't make enough with the Pixies decade-long cash grab.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 11:12 AM

This is going to be a terrible show. None of you should waste your time going so don't try to buy tix to this please.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 11:14 AM

I see what you did there, 11:14.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 11:17 AM

Yay! Old people sorta nodding their heads at a stage! I hope the band goes on early so everyone can be in bed before midnight.

11:30 as opposed to young people staring at the stage thinking they are as cool as fuck.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 11:53 AM

I've been making fun of Breeders fans, not The Breeders. If they were playing Pod and included Tanya Donelly, I'd be as excited as you seem to be. Last Splash has a few decent singles tied together with filler. Pod is an actual great album, just like The Breeders were an actual, great band with Donnelly and more a nineties/twee prom band without her.

I'm old like the rest of you are, but I do prefer shows where there are young people freaking out in the front to ones where a bunch of guys with male pattern baldness and a scattering of middle aged women in their work outfits nod their heads politely, which is exactly what this show will be.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 12:17 PM

12:17 - of course. I was just waiting for someone to say, "This would be cool if they were playing POD, with Tanya." We all know POD is the better album and Tanya added some greatness as well, but get real. Just bc you call yourself out as old doesnt give you the free pass. Last Splash has some bangers and just seeing the Deals onstage is always worth the price. Stay home and listen to "When I Was a Painter" while you fap to the good ole days. I'll be dancing my old ass off at Bell House come MArch 29th. yabish.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 12:32 PM

just don't crowdsurf at the bell house. they no likey.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 12:49 PM

holy shit.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 1:19 PM

Last Splash is a good album, it's also like 40 minutes long so I'm sure they'll play other stuff, maybe they'll focus more on older stuff and play from Pod and the Safari EP.

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 1:21 PM

they're obviously gonna play other tracks after the album, geeze

Posted by Anonymous | January 28, 2013 1:23 PM

1:21 hasn't been to a show since Save Ferris in 1997

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2013 12:01 PM

What was up with that?

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2013 12:03 PM

this was total BS - at 12, i had 4 tixs in my cart, clicked "check out", waited 20-30 seconds and then at 12:01 got the message that was sold out. WTF!

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2013 12:08 PM

Same here 1208

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2013 12:09 PM

Tickets came up again a minute ago but by the time I went to checkout it was sold out again.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2013 12:15 PM

I'm having a flash back to the 90s and LCD Soundsystem at the same time.

Posted by tammy and the amps | January 30, 2013 12:21 PM

That was some bullshit, how did I go from having tickets in my cart to it being sold out? Are those tickets not spoken for?
