NYC rapper A$AP Rocky played his first hometown show since the release of Long.Live.A$AP at Public Assembly last Wednesday (2/20), a far more intimate show than the ones he'll be playing soon when he leaves for his tour with Rihanna. Rocky brought his usual craziness with a packed stage of A$AP Mob members and a packed crowd of fans rapping along. The show was opened by fellow Mob member A$AP Ferg, and other A$APs made appearances throughout the night too.
Bodega Bamz and 4th Pyramid were on the bill too, and as mentioned, you can catch Bodega Bamz and A$AP Twelvy in NYC again when they play Santos (3/6). Tickets for that show are still available. More pictures and a video from the Public Assembly show, below...

Amazing how many women are at this show just grooving along to this guy's sexist lyrics. Oh well.

It is so hard to decide what to wear to these shows when you see guys on stage in parkas and knit hats while at the same time there is a dude shirtless.

Nothing more awkward than a bunch of presumably rich white people singing along to lyrics that use the N word pretty much every other word.

everyone at that show won their tickets through twitter/instagram so most of them were genuine fans, not rich white people.

Is this that new genre of music I've been hearing about called "Hummus-Hop"?
