Back in May, tUnE-yArDs went to Austin to tape an episode of Austin City Limts (pictures of that performance are HERE), and the video aired on PBS last night (2/9). You can watch the performance, which featured four tracks from 2011's w h o k i l l, below. Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros are on the episode as well.

What else?

Does anybody here know a woman in Brooklyn named Francis who used to work at Club Downunder in Tallahassee FL (around 2003 to 2005)? I'm guessing she'd be in her late twenty's now. She's sort of short and has a darker complexion like she's maybe Indian or Spanish. She used to have a nose ring in her septum too.

I feel like a crazy person for even asking this here, I haven't seen her since 2005.

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 6:40 PM

No, I never heard of her.

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 6:55 PM

@2:44 don't you mean Beak night?

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 7:11 PM

bv: when shows are early like hospitality at brooklyn bowl, it only makes sense to post them on the previous day's list

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 7:16 PM

Ask everyone you know then, 6:55. Seriously, I'm trying to find her. I was stupid for not trying to talk to her back when I had the chance. I don't even know her last name. She might be gay. I don't know.

I have no idea what I've been doing with my life. I regret so many things I've wasted time and energy on. It felt like a lightning bolt hit me the first time I saw her. Even after all these years I still can't let that go. I've tried to just forget about it and I can't.

I renounce my erroneous snarky trolling ways, BV. I need some help.

Now now, settle down boys!

I feel for you 8:24, in all seriousness.

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 8:48 PM

hey 6:40, i saw at 285 kent a couple of weeks ago. she said was looking for her dog.

Posted by Anonymous | February 10, 2013 9:03 PM

Thank you, 8:48.

I just turned 33 and I'm really starting to realize how unimportant so much of the shit I've been doing with my life is. I don't even think most people ever get the chance to feel the way I used to feel when I'd look at her. It was like I won the lottery but was too timid to even try to cash the ticket... and then she was just gone. I haven't seen her since. I didn't understand how big a mistake I was making until it was too late.

Take it from me people; you may not have all the time in the world to tell the person you want how you feel. I've laid awake at night for over seven years wishing I'd done things differently.
