Bowie tour looking more hopeful, at least according to his wife

David Bowie‘s new album, The Next Day, is out this week. With its “classic Bowie” sound, it certainly seems like the kind of album that would sound good played live, despite official word that he’s not going to tour. But does the Thin White Duke protest too much? His guitarist Gerry Leonard said chances of a tour were “50/50” and now Bowie’s wife, Iman, drops the strongest hint yet that it’s looking like live shows are in the future. She told Italian mag Grazia (via NME) that she and the family won’t be able to go on the road with him:

We have a 12 year old in school, so we are stuck, we can’t travel. Our schedule is around her, so I don’t know. We’ll have to go visit him, but we won’t be on tour with him because she’s in school.
