follow @BVSXSW on Twitter. here's another BVSXSW lineup announcement...

BV SXSW

As you know, BrooklynVegan is returning to Austin for SXSW this year and throwing four days of day parties at The Main & The Jr aka 603 Red River Street at the corner of 6th aka the old Emo's location. Those happen Wed (3/13), Thurs, Fri and Saturday (3/16). All shows are 100% FREE with RSVP.

We announced the Saturday lineup, and then the Friday lineup, followed by the Thursday lineup, and finally, here is the fourth and final one: the WEDNESDAY LINEUP...

Savages at Pop Noire night in London in 2012

The free Wednesday show runs from noon to 6 PM across two stages and the lineup looks like this:

Glasslands stage (aka Main Stage)
12:00 Torres
12:45 Marnie Stern
01:30 Anamanaguci
02:15 Maserati
03:15 Caveman
04:10 Savages
05:00 Delorean

The Jr:
12:00 Deep Sea Diver
12:45 Team Spirit
01:30 Indians
02:15 Braids
03:00 Caitlin Rose
04:00 Camper Van Beethoven
05:15 Robyn Hitchcock

For this one, there's a good amount of multi-genre representation with the spastic math pop of Marnie Stern, the abrasive post-punk of Savages (who won just about everyone over at CMJ), post-rock from Athens via Maserati, the Balearic pop of Delorean (who we haven't heard from in a while), 8-bit pop punk rock from Anamanaguchi, veteran alt-rock from Camper Van Beethoven, veteran psychedelia from Robyn Hitchcock, the now-electronic dream pop of Braids, and still more. Like the other three parties, this one is open to the public and 100% FREE with RSVP. SXSW Badges and those on "The RDIO List" will be given priority admission.

PLUS: Free limited edition BrooklynVegan t-shirts for the first 50 people in the door thanks to our friends at American Apparel, who will also be on-site at the BV parties all week giving away even more free stuff.

AND... we'll have complimentary drinks courtesy of Jameson (while supplies last), free free vegan breakfast tacos courtesy of Pink Avocado (while supplies last), vegan nachos from Food For Lovers and free Zico water.

Bands will be well-equipped thanks to our generous and long-term backline sponsors Korg, Vox & Blackstar.

Those who show up will also get a chance to test out (and possibly win) the brand new Onkyo headphones before they hit stores next month. Onkyo will also be giving away some other awesome prizes on site at our parties all week AND you can head to their Facebook page now for the chance to win an Onkyo LS3100 Envision Cinema Bluetooth Home Theater Audio System or a pair of the new Onkyo headphones.

Keeping your mobile device charged at SXSW is always a challenge. BrooklynVegan will stay powered up all week thanks to mophie, who will also be on-site at our events, giving away passes and discount cards to the "mophie Mobile Shop" that will be conveniently located right down the street all week at 519 East 7th St.

Thanks also to Creative Recreation (who will be giving out sneakers on site), Signazon (who printed our banners), WILLCALL (a new way to see live shows), and Redigi (a place to buy used MP3s).
