Black Breath played Knitting Factory with Mutilation Rites and White Widows (pics, video)

Black Breath

After a Friday appearance at New England Metal and Hardcore Fest on Friday (4/19), OSDM/hardcore fiends Black Breath and Brooklyn black-metal punks Mutilation Rites teamed with Brooklyn’s White Widows to play a pair of dates on the East Coast, including Saturday’s stop at Knitting Factory on April 20.

The show was Mutilation Rites’ first appearance back in Brooklyn since their recent Invisible Oranges-sponsored run with Inter Arma throughout March and the beginning of April, and their enthusiasm to be back in the borough was felt as they played a tight and dirty set. Emphasis on the ‘dirty,’ considering the bandmembers’ inclination for spitting on each other in between riffs and growls.

More pictures and video of the pandemonium at Knitting Factory are over at InvisibleOranges.
