Sheer Terror

It will truly be sheer terror on a boat when the NYHC band of the same name sets sail on a Rocks off Cruise this summer. Paul Bearer and crew will join The Templars for what is being billed as a night of "Boats and Braces and Angry Faces," and tickets for this show aboard the Jewel on July 28 go on sale Friday (4/19) at 11:55AM.

Speaking of classic NYHC, John Joseph of Cro-Mags will return with his walking tour, "The History of Art, Crime, Drugs and Punk Rock on the Lower East Side" starting next week (April 21). Tickets for additional events, which happen weekly, are also on sale.

I really love me some Sheer Terror; their show w/Templars at Webster Hall was amazing. But, both bands on a boat?! That's too many dummies in such close proximity, something stupid will happen.

John Joseph: you can walk but you can't hide.

The combined weight of everyone on this boat may actually cause it to sink.

Someone needs to re-issue "just can't hate enough". Shit, it's the ONLY good record Sheer Terror has ever done and that was 24 years ago. No Blake on guitar = no care.
