Toronto's Odonis Odonis open for METZ tonight at Shea Stadium. Toronto's Moon King open for Born Ruffians at Bowery Ballroom. Moon King's Maddy Wilde sometimes plays with Odonis Odonis. Maybe there will be a guest appearance tonight?

Meanwhile, Moon King also play on Friday (4/19) at Big Snow with Caged Animals, Leapling, and Sexy Merlin.

Brooklyn's Low Fat Getting High, who play Big Snow tonight, are releasing a new EP, Bad Yoga, in May via Dead Broke Rekerds (who has put out releases for Nude Beach, Tenement, and others) and Money Fire Records. Stream a track from that EP, "Better Better Worse," below. They have other upcoming local shows on Friday (4/19) at Don Pedro's and Sunday (4/21) at The Bowery Electric.

SAFE is playing a record release show at 285 Kent tonight with a great lineup of Le1f, Heems, Doe Paoro, BLKKATHY and DJ Dapwell. Tickets for tonight's show are still available. Le1f and Dapwell also both just played the Whitney over the weekend.

@10:51, thank you!

Is the opener worth showing up for? (I'm guessing not)

METZ at Shea Stadium is all that matters.

I saw them in an interview for Noisey, I think it was, and they said they'd been watching that show "Friends" alot... then I noticed, most of the album sounds like the theme song lel
