You may have noticed these MSG show posters popping up around NYC....

Dr Dre

Let's face it. Kanye West would never let anyone bill him 5th on a poster, but regardless, even with the typos, this concert bill popping up around NYC that claims Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, Pharrell Williams, Frank Ocean, Kanye West, Eminem, A$AP Rocky and Andre 3000 are playing Madison Square Garden on a "Thuesday" is sure to get more than a few people excited about a show that is not actually happening.

Who would do such a thing??? Well, the likely culprit is artist Andre Saraiva who allegedly pulled a similar stunt with Daft Punk, Phoenix, Air & more in Paris. A fake Beach Boys, Phoenix, Beastie Boys (really?), The Faint & Tame Impala poster has also been seen in LA.

Thanks Nick Masi for the photo!

Also, if that show WAS to happen in LA, it certainly wouldn't be at the Wiltern which is like...the size of the Best Buy Theater here.

Where has frank ocean been touring? He did that weird festival in a warehouse which felt like we were doing something wrong.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2013 9:54 PM

Frank Ocean <3 SVGH

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2013 10:41 PM

That show sounds like my personal idea of hell.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2013 11:10 PM

They should let anyone who wants to see that bill into MSG and then fill it with poison gas.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2013 11:28 PM

I would definitely buy tickets to this,
and then walk out of it immediately

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 7:14 AM

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 8:46 AM

Someone tell me what the point of this hoax is?

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 8:54 AM

The point of this hoax is to disappoint people. It has succeeded in that in every possible way.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 9:49 AM

MSG is under construction bozos.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 9:57 AM

It can only succeed in disappointing people if people actually cared in the first place.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 10:28 AM

agreed 11:28.

just let eminem and andre 3000 escape as they are the only real talents on that bill.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 10:32 AM

ooops - and dr. dre.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 10:33 AM

You don't like hip hop

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 10:39 AM

854 It made me laugh!

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 10:48 AM

Why is this considered art?
This is more of a prank or a hoax.
This so-called artist is just another self-absorbed- douchebag that wants attention!

Posted by spikenyc | June 14, 2013 12:16 PM

Poor wiggers..

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 1:54 PM

BOOGIE!

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 1:57 PM

1216 I think it's an awesome thing to do. Face it, fans of most of those acts are morons anyway.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 3:01 PM

Hey 3:01,

I agree about the fans of these acts - morons!
But it still does not make sense to call this "art".
Regardless of the music and their fans where is the "art" value or factor in this?

Posted by spikenyc | June 14, 2013 4:26 PM

Anyone that would pay to see Kanye West needs their head examined.

Posted by Anonymous | June 14, 2013 7:15 PM

this is a good´╗┐ example of derivative art, in the platonical sense. (not a real chair, an imaginative one: not a real concert, an imaginative one)

Funny, because when this song came out fans were pissed, fans despised it for being too different from his other stuff. Plus, back then it was cool to hate on auto-tune.
