Polaris Prize

The short list for the 2013 Polaris Music Prize, Canada's annual award for a great album, has been announced. It includes Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Metric, METZ, Purity Ring, Colin Stetson, Tegan & Sara, and more. The winner will be announced at a gala in Toronto on September 23. Who do you think it will be? The GYBE album is seriously good, but the pieces are literally 10 years old so it would be like giving a prize to Taking Liberties or such.
