Deer Tick released a new single, announce tour (dates, stream)

Deer Tick, who recently kept very busy at Newport Folk Fest, have a new album due out in September, have announced that they’ll support that new album with a fall tour. The fall kicks off in October and ends in NYC with a show on November 7 at Webster Hall. That show, and many others on the tour, is being opened by Robert Ellis. Tickets for that show go on AmEx presale today (7/31) at noon, with a general on-sale beginning Friday (8/2) at noon.
