Gorguts at Irving Plaza, 2012 (more by Justina Villaneuva)

As discussed, Gorguts will return with Colored Sands, the band's new LP due on September 3 on Season of Mist. Besides being the first Gorguts LP in a dozen years, Colored Sands is the first with the new lineup of Luc LeMay with Colin Marston (Krallice/Behold the Arctopus/Dysrhthmia/etc), Kevin Hufnagel (Dysrhythmia/Vaura/etc) and John Longstreth (Dim Mak/Origin).

Check out a pair of new tracks from their forthcoming LP below.

They started as a 2nd or 3rd rate death metal band, and they're still a 2nd or 3rd rate metal band.

now they're a 3rd rate math metal band. watching jagoffs like this doing scales are what made me hate metal in the first place.

A well crafted cacophony epic retardation and nobody fucking cares because it sound just like all of the other fucktarded metal crap out there. Being smart and giving a shit does not make tard metal any better. It just makes it more painful to listen to because you know how much time was wasted on a steaming pile of wasted human potential.
