Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake from SNL
Jay-Z aand Justin Timberlake from SNL

The Jiggaman aka Jay-Z, who will not perform atop Ed Sullivan Theater for now, released his new LP Magna Carta Holy Grail via Samsung app yesterday - though not without glitches, and will drop it proper-like on July 7. In addition, Shawn Carter is now streaming a new track featuring Justin Timberlake from said release, one that interpolates Kurt Cobain lyrics from a little song called "Smells like Teen Spirit." Courtney Love approves... sort of. Check out "Holy Grail" below.

"rape me" says the ghost of Kurt Cobain to Jay Z and Justin Timberlake.

This album is horrible. Trite pseudo-philosophical rap targeted at white upper middle class kids.

It does pretty much suck but a few tracks are bangers. Oceans for one.

everything good on this album (and it ain't much) has nothing to do with jay-z.

This more of a marketing scheme/data mining operation than an album. Guess that's the only way Jay could actually get people to care about his new shit after his last few clunkers.

This is junk for feeble brained flaccid fuckfaces.

One of Jay's best albums, but I don't think I can place it among his top five just yet. Reasonable Doubt, BP1, Black Album, Vol 2, & American Gangster have the slight edge for the time being. Great album tho!

Anybody still looking for a place to download/stream the album check it out here: http://pavethewave.com/jay-z-magna-carta-holy-grail-download/

Britney Spears & will.i.am sell a lot of albums and they suck as well. People are into crap music these days. This is boring dated music.

Someone in his family will make money from this song. If you past away you would not want to leave. 1 a legacy of great songs. 2 something your family could make money from. JT will not have made a lot from this!!! music doesn't make a lot of money anymore but this is Michael so only time will tell.
