get ready for plenty statements about how hardcore is dead followed by a list of bands. thrill us like you've never thrilled us before D

What is there for me to say? It looks like a ton of bands playing music which sounds like hardcore from the '80s when it's almost 2014. If you don't think that's ridiculous, then there's really no point in me commenting about it because it's like talking to a wall.

D's gonna knock it down
Any way that D can
D's gonna scream, D's gonna yell
D don't want to have to use D's hands

IT'S LIKE SCREAMING AT A WALL
SOMEDAY IT'S GONNA FALL

You built that wall up around you
And now you can't see out
And you can't hear D's words
No matter how loud D shout

IT'S LIKE SCREAMING AT A WALL
SOMEDAY IT'S GONNA FALL

You're safe inside and you know it
'Cause D can't get to you
And you know D resents it
And D's temper grows

You better reinforce those walls
Until you don't have no room to stand
'Cause someday the bricks are gonna fall
Someday D's gonna use D's hands

Toronto music scene is legit.

5:48 - creativity? that's funny. a lot of the bands think replacing MT lyrics with D is creative too. Don't make D's point for him! He can handle himself.

Sean Connery has serious alzheimers and so does hardcore.

this is where i agree with D. this whole fest will be populated by fashionable young white dudes with 50s dad hair and jean vests with just the right amount of patches of obscure powerviolence bands that they don't really listen to. to paraphrase GISM, "punks is hipsters"

Posted by Anonymous | August 27, 2013 4:07 PM

Straight up that dudes right, there's gonna be a lot of really herby white dudes going to see a bunch of wack bands like left for dead, no tolerance and stick together. There's a few good bands on here but for the most part it's garbage and is further proof that the hardcore scene is on it's last leg.

Queercore come´s from many influences.. one of them is from Kennet Anger colaborator of Anton Lavey Founder of Satanic Church... All this come from Esoterism and occultism.. Take care with this.

Even though they're gay they play like no tomorrow!

Limp Wrist: Limp Wrist

I think, overall, most punks are pretty accepting, open-minded people. They don't give a fuck about someone being gay because it's something that doesn't matter. I think it's the hip hop community who would have something against this.
