Passion Pit

Ahead of Passion Pit's Pier 26 shows, they'll be performing live on Live on Letterman on September 4. The concert is taped at the Ed Sullivan Theater and airs on CBS.com and VEVO at 8 PM EST. You can also vote for what their last song will be on CBS.com. We've also got two pairs of tickets to give away for this show. Details on how to enter are below.

Passion Pit also just released their Taco Bell-sponsored documentary that they filmed during SXSW. The documentary, titled Hello Everywhere, was directed by Sam Jones (who did Wilco's I Am Trying to Break Your Heart) and features footage of the band and opener Wildcat! Wildcat! performing at Hype Hotel. You can watch the whole thing below.

Wildcat! Wildcat! are also touring with Black Light Dinner Party this year and hitting NYC for shows on September 26 at Glasslands (tickets) and September 28 at Mercury Lounge (tickets). All dates are listed below.

Tickets for Passion Pit's Pier 26 shows (9/6 and 9/7), which Best Coast open, are still available, and we're also giving away a pair to each.

Their tour also includes a stop at Chicago's North Coast Music Festival this weekend (8/30-9/1), which we're also giving away tickets to.

The lead singer of passion pit is a huge pussy. He talks about how he is bipolar, and has all these demons inside him. He threatens to commit suicide all the time, but its like GG Allin made it his goal and was stopped cause he was in jail. Passion pit dude is just a try hard.

Also to sound more of a dick from my first comment, if he committed suicide it would be like if a tree fell in the woods. No one would know. Not only that but he can't sing for shit. Jay Reatard oded and people cared cause he was fucking good. Not this dude.

"T@co Bell - sponsored documentary" how deplorable.

Also deplorable that Spin media has destroyed the open commenting here.

Wither.

First two comments are from a pissed of BK fag whose mad his band Pita Pit didn't make it, even though both bands came out at the same time.

I am not 701 or 710 but I appreciate his commentary.

Posted by Anonymous | August 26, 2013 7:39 PM

If this guy was a true musician he'd have this documentary sponsored by sabra.

Posted by Anonymous | August 26, 2013 7:48 PM

Ha ha.... Twerps at BV/spin media have censored users from mentioning "t@co bell" -- priceless. I cant wait til @NeilHamburger hears about it.

Posted by Anonymous | August 26, 2013 9:27 PM
