Eyehategod aboard the Rocks Off Boat Cruise, 2009 (more by Chloe Rice)

In a disappointing but predictable turn of events, Eyehategod have cancelled their run of 25th-anniversary dates this weekend, including the Invisible Oranges-sponsored NYC Rocks Off Boat Show with Final Conflict planned for this coming Sunday (9/15), in the wake of drummer Joey LaCaze's untimely death. No word yet as to whether the band will schedule replacement shows for this run. Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.

Doom is my faborite metal subgenre... i like almost all its variants( epic, symphonic, funeral, atmospheric, death doom, folk doom, gothic doom etc) but i cant really stand Stoner doom and sludge(some exeptions). i have never liked a stoner doom song or band´╗┐
