M.I.A. is here, streaming 'Matangi' (listen, win tix to T5!)
MIA‘s new, much-delayed album, Matangi, is finally out next week (11/5). Some so-and-so leaked the record this morning to the internet and, as seems to have become standard practice for big leaks, the artist has countered with an official stream of the album. You can listen to that below. Worth the wait?
As you may know, Maya is in NYC this weekend, playing two shows at Terminal 5 tonight (11/1, still tickets available) and Monday (11/4), which is sold out, but we’re giving away a pair of tickets to that one.
M.I.A. also plays Sunday’s YouTube Music Awards (11/3) which also features performances from Arcade Fire, Eminem, Tyler the Creator, Lady Gaga and more. You can watch that live on YouTube beginning at 6 PM EST on Sunday.
