Soon you'll be able to put a book of Smiths tattoos next to Morrissey's autobiography and Johnny Marr's autobiography on your shelf...

"To Me You Are A Work of Art" is a photo project in search of anyone with tattoo(s) related to, or inspired by, Morrissey and/or The Smiths. The photographs will profile fans and all their tattoos from various cities across the country over the course of the next few months. All photos will be taken by Toronto based photographer Patrick Moore.

The New York City date is this upcoming Sunday, November 24th and will be held at the Rocks Off offices in the Lower East Side (195 Chrystie St #401B) between 2pm and 4pm.

Someone tell Chris Gethard! More info in the flyer below...

This should be called how to spot a crybaby 101. I'd rather see tattoos dedicated to flowers for algernon.

I don't have time to get a good tattoo for this, can I just have a clown poop on my chest and smear it all over me for my picture? I need to be a part of this, or my hipster status will expire

I'm not certain if this is relevant or not, but I have a tattoo of a robust hummus platter on my left butt cheek.

I'm getting a Morrissey tattoo on my side, so that my under arm hair forms his quiff.

Oh, yes it most defintely IS the original album cover. Focus on the guy looking down. The other guy is out of the frame on the album cover. And YES, it most certainly does have everything to do with homosexuality. In the movie from which this snapshot was culled, the man looking down is a trick and the guy with his tongue out is the John. Cat's Claw--one small side comment. YOU ARE INCREDIBLY IGNORANT. Can't quite understand how someone as daft as you is a fan of the smiths. You seem too dumb.
