Meh, this Talking Heads band can't destroy a room like The iTanks

people who type the word "meh" and aren't making fun of people who type the word "meh" should have all their friends and posessions taken away from them.

arguably the best band ever!

^
you can argue anything with retards.

10:11 you are adorable

First off, thanks for speaking for the rest of us in our absence. We'll take it from here.

Secondly, have you ever actually committed to anything? If you aren't capable of firmly committing to an opinion on an anonymous blog ... well, let's just say you might start there at your next session with your analyst.

Thanks for playing. You come back soon!

Talking Heads were as insufferable in the 70s / 80s as Radiohead are in the 2010s. And both bands were / are led by the biggest doucheshitfuck arrogant pieces of shit of their respective times.

^I am not 10:11, but I have this firm opinion: you are not clever...you are an ass. Happy New Year!

Posted by Anonymous | December 30, 2013 10:42 AM

Great band. This track could have remained lost.

Posted by Anonymous | December 30, 2013 10:46 AM

Start the old comments; I was there. Pretty sure the cover of the CBGB double album was taken at this gig, with TH as a 3 piece on the cover. Went for Television
but liked TH; there were more than a few bands making original and diverse music in NYC during that time when NYC was still affordable and a haven for young artists.

10:42 is so mad! So lol when old people get offended. Repetition compulsion lol.

Posted by Anonymous | December 30, 2013 12:52 PM

True fact - before they were Talking Heads David Byrne had called the band Slipknot. They all wore masks and had a bit heavier sound. This recording is during the transition period as they tried to come out from behind the masks.

The band currently known as Slipknot is Byrne's RISD sculpture prof's daughter and her Brown University clique.

Stranger than fiction.

I think 2:06's comment is the most legitimately unfunny thing I've ever read.

Funny thing ... Radiohead took their name from the Talking Heads song 'Radiohead'.
