World Inferno Friendship Society have been mixing punk, klezmer, cabaret and more since 1996. The band have a new single out, "Packed Funeral," featuring spanish horns and frontman Jack Terricloth's signature dramatic delivery. We've got the premiere of that song in this post.

The band will be playing two East Coast release shows this week celebrating the new single. They play Union Transfer in Philadelphia on Friday (12/20, tickets) and Asbury Lanes in NJ on Saturday (12/21, tickets). These shows feature the live return of Pete Hess and Scott Hollingsworth who haven't played in the band for 15 years. World Inferno Friendship Society also play NYC early next year at Bowery Ballroom on February 8. Tickets are on sale now.
