Nothing at Baby's All Right on NYE (more by Amanda Hatfield)
One of the bands that most won me over at this past CMJ was Philly shoegazers Nothing, who were heavy, atmospheric and deftly melodic in so many of the ways that make for a great rock band. So it's exciting to hear that they've finally officially announced their debut LP, Guilty of Everything, which will be out on March 4 via Relapse. It features their previously released single, "Dig," plus eight other tracks. Check out the new album trailer, artwork, tracklist, and a stream of "Dig," below.
As discussed, Nothing are about to kick off a tour with Weekend, which begins in NYC at Bowery Ballroom this Friday (1/10). Since we last spoke, NYC's experimental metal collective Vaura (mems. Kayo Dot, Dysrhythmia, Azar Swan, etc) has been added to that show as an opener. Tickets are still available.
Updated dates, including SXSW, are listed, along with the trailer, stream, artwork and tracklist, below...
