Om announce 2014 dates, including MHOW in February

Trippy groove gurus Om have announced their first Stateside gigs of 2014, including an NYC appearance at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on February 21. No supporting lineup has been announced, but tickets are on sale Friday (1/10) at noon with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (1/8) at noon. The band are currently on tap for a short run of January/February festival dates in New Zealand; they’ll return to the road for a short run of western US dates in April. All are listed below.

In the meantime, Om drummer Emil Amos’s other band Grails will be embarking on a European tour in March. Those dates are below as well.

The MHoW looks to be a considerably more conventional Om appearance than their last NYC show, at which they performed “At Giza” (from Conference of the Birds) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
