As mentioned, Throwing Muses are playing a few shows in support of their new album, Purgatory/Paradise. The NYC date -- Bowery Ballroom on March 8 with Tanya Donelly opening -- sold out so they've added a second show the next night (3/9). No word yet on when tickets for that show go on sale or if Tanya Donelly will be opening that one too.

Update: Tanya is in fact opening that one, and tickets go on sale Wednesday, 1/29 at noon.

Updated dates are listed below...

Throwing Muses -- 2014 Tour Dates
2/26 The Triple Door Seattle, WA
2/28 Jewish Community Center of San Francisco San Francisco, CA
3/7 The Sinclair Cambridge, MA w/ Tanya Donelly
3/8 Bowery Ballroom New York, NY w/ Tanya Donelly
3/9 Bowery Ballroom New York, NY

Yeah, Pretty On The Inside was alright, but not great. I think their best one was Live Through This. It seemed to make sense after Kurt died. I'm not going to get into it with people about what they believed happen to Kurt or try to convince anyone. In fact, I think they whole murder conspiracy is just that, a conspiracy and the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Courtney may not be the most pleasant person in the history of rock, but she is no murderer.
