Shy Hunters

Brooklyn trio Shy Hunters play around the NYC live scene a lot (maybe you caught them at Glasslands last Sunday?), and the local regulars will be getting out their debut album, O That I Had Wings, on April 8. The album's new single, "Idle Days," is a nice dose of dreamy indie pop, which makes its premiere in this post. You can check it out below.

Shy Hunters' next show is February 27 at Baby's All Right, which is the record release show for headliner Fletcher C. Johnson, and also features Doug Tuttle (of Mmoss) and Backwords. Tickets for that show are on sale now.

You would think andy sandberg would be too busy with is new hit show to be able to play in a band. Kudos to him!

Shy Hunters ain't gonna catch no meat in the wild, ya dig? They need to be aggressive if they wanna catch some scratch.

Cheers for them! I knew they'd make it in the big scene. It will just take a little bit of time, talent and of course perseverance.
