Library Is On Fire

Brooklyn's The Library Is on Fire have been around for a few years now, and they're getting set to release their fourth album, Halcyon and Surrounding Areas, on April 15. On its first single, "Red Flags," TLIOF sound a bit like those '90s bands who weren't exactly shoegaze but pulled from its sound like Smashing Pumpkins, Sunny Day Real Estate and Hum. "Red Flags" isn't all atmosphere though; there's a punk vibe to its raw simplicity. The track makes its premiere in this post, and you can download it above or stream it below.
