Last seen wearing a head-to-toe body suit and playing a bass made out of a ski, oddball performer Borts Minorts has a new record titled I Want to Live. If your tastes lean towards The Residents and Sparks, you may want to give it a listen and you can do so below.
Borts was on the West Coast for a while but seems to be somewhat rooted in NYC again and with more of an actual band (and a new look) than we've seen before. You can catch his totally weird, highly entertaining live show on Saturday (3/29) at Pete's Candy Store in Brooklyn with LA's Sunshine National Dust. That's a free show and Borts is on at 11 PM.
