Horrors

As mentioned, The Horrors will release their new album, Luminous, on May 6. The band have just shared a second song from the LP, "So Now You Know." After a slow build (and a long verse), the track kicks in nicely on the soaring chorus. You can stream it and "I See You" below.

The band will be over in May for Austin Psych Fest. Still no word on whether they'll be playing other cities (like NYC) while here.

I wish they would go back to playing really creepy freakbeat.

Faris' voice really does not lend itself to the krautrock edition of the Horrors.

Their newest video is really something. I think they have leveled up so much compared to their last single.

It's terrible. So is the single. They need a fucking producer to wind in the wank. It's not psychedelic, it's just bollocks. All their side projects are better than this recent output.
