True Detective

Only one more episode left, and it's hard to believe they can wrap this whole thing up in just another hour of TV, but meanwhile let's talk the music of True Detective Episode 7. As always, things kicked off with the Handsome Family's opening theme, and then we got some Juice Newton which was literally playing out of a jukebox to open Sunday's show. Benjamin Curtis lives on through his music and this episode featured "Trance Figure" by his band School of Seven Bells. Black Rebel Motorcycle Club was in there too. Check out the full list of Episode 7's music HERE. Read more about 1-6 HERE.

The finale ends with the Harrelson killing/sacrificing himself to save MM, and the interviewing cops killing MM. MM and Harrelson both find their way into the Tuttle/cult den first though, so the case looks closed on the outside and MM seems like the Yellow King to the cops.

Next season is the same case, with different setting and storyline/characters who don't know they're actually working the same case as MM and Harrelson were.

Spoiler alert.
