Lower at Chaos in Tejas 2013 (more by Sarah Frankie Linder)
Lower

Danish punks Lower have many impressive singles/EPs/demos dating back a few years now, and they've just announced that they've signed to Matador (also home to their Denmark pals Iceage), who will release their debut album, Seek Warmer Climes, on June 17. They also just released the album's first single, "Lost Weight, Perfect Skin," which sounds like their knack for moody punk hasn't gone anywhere. You can listen to that, with the LP artwork and tracklist, below.

As mentioned, Lower are coming over to the US for Posh Isolation Fest in LA, and they've since added other dates to happen while they're here, including two in NYC. First they play Home Sweet Home on May 28 for the venue's Nothing Changes party, and then they play Acheron on May 30. No advance tickets for either show at the moment. All dates are listed below.

Their Home Sweet Home show is only three days after Iceage play the same venue (5/25), as part of their US tour with Uniform, which also hits Glasslands on 5/24 (tix).

All dates are listed, with the new song stream, LP artwork and tracklist, below...
