At the Drive-In at Coachella 2012 (more by Dana (distortion) Yavin)
ATDI

It wasn't long ago that The Mars Volta broke up and At the Drive-In's reunion ended, leaving co-leaders Cedric Bixler-Zavala going solo and Omar Rodriguez Lopez working with new band Bosnian Rainbows. Well now Cedric and Omar are back together where they belong with a new band, Antemasque, and on bass they're joined by none other than the very busy Red Hot Chili Peppers/Atoms for Peace bass master Flea.

Antemasque's self titled debut album will be out on July 15 via Omar's label Nadie Sound, and you can preview it by listening to four of its songs, "4AM," "Hangin' In The Lurch," "People Forget" and "Drown All Your Witches," below. There are also multiple ways to get the album on the cheaper side and get free bonus tracks. Details on that, along with the streams, below...

Also note, when they say you will get the album for free, they only mean a download. Not the vinyl for you vinyl fans. Those will be expensive as Omar always charges a ton for vinyl.

I like ATDI, Mars Volta, and even Bosnian Rainbows are great (one of my favorite albums of 2013), but these songs are leaving me flat.

At one time, At the drive-in was one of my favorite bands. I even loved the first Mars Volta album. These songs are awful, though. I can't understand what they're trying to do here.

Sounds like a rock in' mix of The Police, Can, The Minutemen, and some Zeppelin. Pretty cool stuff.

Jennifer Lopez loves tacos and burritos.

Mars Volta was freaking amazing.
This stuff sounds like crap, like an attempted new zeppelin like remake but fail.

Anyone who calls the Mars Volta "freaking amazing" doesn't deserve to have an opinion on anything, let along music.

Le Butcherettes songs are blowing everyone's minds!

Music is an expression. Expression is found in infinite forms. If you can not find value in this expression, look elsewhere.
I fail to see the need for all the negativity. It`s ignorant and quite childish...

Oh, ATDI RULES!
