Brian Eno & Karl Hyde's collaborative album, Someday World, is out May 9 and the pair have now shared two tracks from it. "Daddy's Car" features Karl on lead vocals and "The Satellites" is more of an Eno showcase. Both are upbeat pop and pretty good -- "Daddy's Car," with its two-drummer attack, especially -- and it's always a treat to have Eno singing. If you pre-order the album you get an instant download of both songs.

Surprisingly not bad. Eno has been associated with a lot of middle of the road projects over the past decade. This is pretty cool. Hopefully the rest of the album stands up.
