You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra, Big Brave @ Bowery Ballroom
You may know that Thee Silver Mt. Zion share members with Godspeed You! Black Emperor, but post-rock is only a minor element here, not to say it isn’t still epic, gripping music. Tonight’s their first of three NYC shows this week. The following two are at the smaller Union Pool and are sold out, but you can still grab tickets for tonight’s show.

Ice Choir, Sateen, Synthetiv, DV-i @ Silent Barn
Do you like the smoooooooth sounds of the mid-’80s New Pop scene like Scritti Politti, Prefab Sprout, and Dream Academy? Ice Choir replicate those sounds with uncanny precision. They headline this night titled Dream Entity: Initial Session with a host of similarly minded (though not necessarily stylistically similar) artists.

Lady Gaga @ Roseland Ballroom
Tonight’s the last-ever show at NYC’s long-lived Roseland Ballroom, and it goes out with the last of seven Lady Gaga shows at the venue.

Night Train w/ Wyatt Cenac @ Littlefield
Hop aboard Wyatt Cenac’s weekly Night Train comedy show tonight with multiple guests including Sean Patton, Doogie Horner, Lisa deLarios, Jason Saenz, Nick Turner, Miguel Dalmau and more.

For all of tonight’s shows, and tomorrow’s, check out our NYC concert calendar.
