Molly and the Zombies, the new folk rock band of Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon that he debuted at the Bouncing Souls holiday shows and that also features Randy Real (Scissor Sisters), Catherine Popper (Ryan Adams, Grace Potter) and Brian McGee (Plow United), will play their first NYC show on June 5 at The Bell House. It's a Red Bull Sound Select show (you may remember we co-curated a RBSS show with Brian last fall) and also features Dave Hause (of The Loved Ones) and Jared Hart (of The Scandals) (you may remember Dave Hause and The Scandals opened for The Gaslight Anthem at their RBSS show last summer).

Like most RBSS shows, admission is $3 with RSVP or $10 at the door without.

Unless Molly is being backed up by Ron Argent, Colin Blunstone and Chris White, she should probably change the name.

We'll, if they're half as good as Gaslight Anthem, they're still really, really, really, really horrible....
