The Faint @ MHOW - 5/14/14
The Faint

When Omaha dance punks The Faint last visited NYC, they were riding the nostalgia train, performing 2001's Danse Macabre in full at Terminal 5. But when they returned this past Wednesday (5/14) at Music Hall of Williamsburg, it was to support their new Doom Abuse album, their first in six years. The show was their first of three NYC shows on their current tour with their Nebraska neighbor Darren Keen and Montreal's krauty Suuns. We don't have the exact setlist from the MHOW show (anyone know it?), but the sets have been pretty similar all tour including most of the new album, with plenty of Danse Macabre, Wet From Birth and a few others. Unfortunately we missed the openers, but pictures from The Faint at MHOW are in this post.

The Faint, Suuns and Darren Keen do it again on Saturday (5/17) at Webster Hall and Monday (5/19) at Bowery Ballroom. Tickets for those shows are still available.

They're good and really awesome. I like the beats and of course their style in music.
