The Horrors

The Horrors are streaming their fourth album, Luminous (out 5/6) over at their website. There's a bit of a catch, however. When you get to the stream page, it's mostly a black page with only "Chasing Shadows" playing. To hear the whole thing, you have to share on Facebook and Twitter and the more you share, more of the record becomes available. In less convoluted news, The Horrors have launched "Radio Lumionous" on Spotify, with playlists chosen by each member of the band. So far only singer Faris Badwan's "station" is up and running, but it's a pretty good listen with songs from T. Rex, The Saints, Brian Jonestown Massacre and more.

UPDATE: You can now just stream Luminous in full, below. No strings attached.

The Horrors were just in NYC, having played a free House of Vans show on Tuesday (4/29). We already published one set of pictures from the show and another are in this post. Tonight (5/1) The Horrors play Los Angeles and then they'll head to this weekend's Austin Psych Fest.

when no audience photos are taken, it's fair to assume no potential "audience members" (apart from the band's girlfriends) are not arbitrarily playing with their phones, waiting for it all to just end already.

Invalid comment. Same happened with the Pet Shop Boys NYC show, and the place was crowded

It's not always possible to get shots of the crowd. It really depends on the venue and show.

It usually happens in the internet most especially when people wants some replay.
