The Vaselines releasing new LP in September (listen to a song)

Hooray! The Vaselines are back with a new album, V for Vaselines, which will be out September 29 via Rosary Music. That’s the cover art above. Eugene Kelly and Frances McKey made the album with producer Tony Doogan and features appearances by, among others, Stevie Jackson of Belle & Sebastian and the 1990s’ Michael McGaughrin, both of whom played in their touring band in 2010 when they released Sex With an X. The first single, “One Lost Year,” is the kind of catchy indie pop we’ve come to expect from The Vaselines. You can stream it below….
